IM TELLING YOU OBAMA IS ONE SNEAKY M/F 1ST GUN CONTOL BILL |
Lead | ||
|
HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of
2009
Please send this to everybody on your list...
this is Obama gun control by secrecy.
Very important for you to be aware of a new bill HR 45 introduced into the
House.
This is the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act of
2009.
We just learned yesterday about this on the Peter Boyles radio
program.
Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because it is flying under
the radar.
To find out about this - go to any government website and type in HR 45 or
Google HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information.
Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a
clip or ANY pistol unless:
.It is registered
.You are fingerprinted
.You supply a current Driver's License
.You supply your Social Security #
.You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their
choosing
.Each update - cha nge or ownership through private or public sale must be
reported and costs $25
- Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and
are subject up to a year in jail.
.There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a
child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18.
The Government would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and
fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.
If you think this is a joke - go to the website and take your pick of many
options to read this..
http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h45/text
href="http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h45/text" target=_blank rel=nofollow>ht tp://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h45/text
http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h45/text
href="http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h45/text" target=_blank rel=nofollow>
It is long and lengthy. But, more and more people are becoming aware of
this. Pass the word along.
Any hunters in your family - pass this along.
Peter Boyles is on this and having guests. Listen to him on KHOW 630 a.m.
in the morning.
He suggests the best way to fight this is to tell all your friends about it
and "spring into action". Also he suggests we all join a pro-gun group like the Colorado Rifle Association, hunting associations, gun clubs and
especially the NRA..
This is just a "termite" approach to complete confiscation of
guns and disarming of our society to the point we have no
defense - chip away a little here and there until the goal i s accomplished before anyone realizes it.
(Did Obama promise transparency? It seems his motives are more and more
transparent while his methods are hidden in back rooms.)
This is one to act on whether you own a gun or not.

Interesting that this should go in now...considering today is May Day.
A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.

The registration for later confiscation, 5 year imprisonment.
On a completely different note, Amazed, does it disturb you at all if either party, republican or democrat has a 60-40 majority, negating checks and balances. One problem I have with liberals, which I don't think you are, even as a registered Democrat, is they ACTUALLY believe their rights to not have guns includes you, me, the lady down the street having one. They have no problem with NAMBLA, illegal drug use, elimination of free speech that differs from their own views. This is a slippery slope. Obama believes in the banishment of all firearms and will attempt to succeed, whether by raising costs of business, ammunition, registration, transfer taxes on a RIGHT. Far too intrusive implications. |

Clearly UNCONSTITUTIONAL under Heller.
Until Osama gets to appoint a justice to replace a conservative, this is not worth the paper it is written on. Congress critters introduce hopeless legislation all the time. Means nothing. |

I know most of the folks on here I debate politics with must think I'm giddy at the prospect, but actually I'm not happy about it at all.. In today's age I'm even more worried.. The reason the Dems control all branches of govt is because the Republicans when they controlled all branches forgot about the people and legislated for the wealthy and corporations.. This country needs 2 legitimate parties.. I don't trust either party to have complete control of the government.. Now that being said the only thing that gives me some comfort, is that contrary to rant right wing lore not all Dems in Congress are flaming liberals.. So having 60 Senate members does not guarantee success..

There are already 10 thousand gun laws on the books today from local, state and Federal. Just enforce the ones we have now. Politicians love to look like they are tough on crime by enacting legislation on honest ( NON CRIMINAL) private citizens. It's a joke. Every politician does and the crime rate never changes. It's legislation directed at honest law abiding citizens. I have yet to see any Blood, Crip, Latin King, Suereno, Nuersta, Aryan, Skinhead. bank robber or hit man take the time out of their day to register their guns legally. All a show |

If you live in NYC, the rules in other places sound foreign.... My firearms in Florida, all legally purchased, at various times, don't have to be registered like in NYC. What would be the purpose of the registration ? Being that I'm legally allowed to possess ? I've been fingerprinted to get my CCW here. You don't have to be fingerprinted to keep it in your home though. What if you don't drive ? What do they need my Soc Sec number for ? A town near me allows Illegals to use a town hall for shape up work. Neither the workers report the income or the employees for the day. Are there any Soc Sec numbers changing hands there ? A physical ? To what extent ? What happens to the results ? Who will pay for it all ? A psychological ? Who will be the judge ? Update or Change Ownership for $25 ? No More Taxes. Failure to do so results in jail ? So, a tyrannical law (IMHO) not followed to the tee, can result in jail ? How nice. Keep your firearms locked and inaccessible to those under 18 ? This ones about the only one I could agree to. I wish all gun owners would be more responsible. And people over 18 can also be irresponsible. I also wish auto drivers, tobacco companies, alcohol drinkers, etc would also be more responsible.

The Supreme Court case only said a total ban is unconstitutional. It did say some regualation could be constitutional. Exactly how much regulation will be
allowed will be going thru the courts for many years.
I dont agree with the extremist position of opposing any regulation as the first step toward confiscation. If you agree that crazy people , illegal aliens and felons should not have guns that you are FOR some gun control. Now lets talk about what is reasonable. |

I find this part intrusive. What do they do, knock on your door and walk right in to see your gun? |

This bill went NOWHERE in the last session.
It has gone NOWHERE in this session. There is no similar bill in the Senate. There were co-sponsors signed on in the last session, there are none now. Anonther thing to keep people diverted while they do the dirty stuff under the table. |

Without the right of state seccession, the federal government through its courts decides the limits of its own power and may one day decide that there are no
limits.

Just like Hitler........ wants to ban all private
citizens from owning firearms.
Hitler did that in 1939 and the results were not very good for millions of people.
