A "stellar" 20 year career in the NYPD? I remember him being spoken about by his peers as one of the stupidist people to ever wear our uniform. How
come these mopes spend their careers badmouthing us and publically bashing the department, then when it comes time to parlay their "stellar" careers
into an office in the democratic party machine, the NYPD suddenly becomes a selling point?

I thought I knew him when he was a detective in the 90. I found out about him after he retired...and commented on the fact that he should be ashamed of
himself for some of his comments on TV about NYPD cops. (But, gee, he never says a word about his former fellow detectives who are under investigation.
Hmmmmmm!!)
I will never vote for him and when someone does find out who's running against him, they should list it here as soon as possible.

This guy is the epitome of human garbage. He and the rest of the "defectives" in the 90 squad couldn't investigate their way out of a paper bag.
talk about an empty suit, he was more concerned about his BILE press conferences off-duty than doing any meaningful detective work. He is an ignorant,
illiterate little man.He was very good at impregnating a school crossing guard from the Bushwick houses though, I wonder if he supports that kid (s).

Claxton's blog contains some real gems, particularly the posts with photos of him conducting "Citizen Safety" workshops at senior centers.
Claxton knows as much about public safety as a three year old does about Einstein's Theory of Relativity. This coward spent his entire career bloviating
against any and all law enforcement action, yet now he presents himself as some kind of expert on it. What does he tell these folks, to hug the mugger or
welcome the burglar into your home for milk and cookies and hope you aren't victimized any further?
Meanwhile, people who actually knew him during his police impersonation career say he couldn't even investigate his way out of the precinct restroom, let alone anything else. What a joke. |

During Marq's tenure in the NYPD he was assigned to uniformed and plainclothes patrol in the 28th precinct in Harlem, an undercover and investigator in the Organized Crime Control Bureau at Queens Narcotics Division and Brooklyn South Narcotics Division, the 90th precinct Detective Squad as the Domestic Violence/Child Abuse Coordinator and the Identity Theft Coordinator. Marq was promoted to Detective 3rd grade in 1990, Detective 2nd grade in 2001. In 2005, Marq retired from the NYPD after 20 years of service. Let's see... wow, what a superstar... my guess based on the above... he started in 1985 and hid like a coward until he got himself into OCCB for that 18 month gold shield. I'm sure the CO was more than happy to sign off on his transfer to Narcotics just to get rid of the POS empty suit. Likewise for the gold shield and transfer away to the 90. And then this clown spent 15 years in the 90 as some kind of B.S. "coordinator"? My, that really is quite stellar. I imagine there's a reason he doesn't mention his arrest record in this bio because its length - or, more accurately - the lack thereof, would be too embarrassing for even his supporters to stomach. I can only imagine his "coordinating" consisted of many hours spent drinking coffee and slogging through all those DIRs, painstakingly building "cases" that never resulted in any arrests, or at best, the absolute minimum necessary to continue the farce that he was actually doing any meaningful police work whatsoever. There are probably people in crime analysis positions who do more police related work in a single day sitting behind a computer screen than this phoney a$$wipe did during his entire career.
