While on this topic, Years back I had an old crusty LT. Anytime, we attempted a Slow Down he would heckle us. He would call us Amateurs and Balless wonders. Then he would give you what he thought was a Job Action. The list included making Car Stops on Bridges and High Traffic Roads, during Rush Hours backing everything up for hours. Directing ALL Summons Activity to the areas around Schools, and other Civil Service work locations. He claimed by doing this we separated ourselves from all others. He always said by the end of that week so many calls were put into City Hall and Commanding Officers, they had to bend their knee's. At the time I thougt he was a Jerk-Off, now I wonder if he was right.
