Stephen Liczbinski Cain was shot and killed Saturday by police who were pursuing him for Liczbinski's murder and a bank hold up. Police say Cain, 33, drew a chinese-made SK rifle and fired shots at Stephen Liczbinski, fatally wounding the officer. A second suspect, 38-year-old Levon Warner, was arrested and later confessed.
