Posts: 353 05/12/08 10:56:26	Tags : None Earlier someone posted that the whole incident was caught on video tape. That was erroneous. The incident was actually caught on a digital recorder and it is rumored to be audio only. The cop caught in the middle of this media storm had a personal digital recorder recording the entire incident as it unfolded. If this is true then the cop is going to be hitting lotto soon and a certain chief will be forced to resign. No biggie especially since Ziegler was going to be forced out in less than 2 years anyway. The story is unfolding as we speak and the story will only get bigger as time progresses. STAY TUNED. Let this be a lesson to all the guys and gals on patrol. Ed said it well once when he said to invest in a small personal digital recorder. This cop had the wisdom to carry one on patrol and now he will be rolling in the dough. Ziegler will be forced into early retirement while the cop will get rewarded with a shield. If he is smart he will just spit on the shield and go with the lawsuit and expose how the rules are not applied equally through the ranks and how cops are thrown under the bus with such haste and speed.

I am sure Chief Zeigler already lied on his G.O15 and it would prove interestingt to see if he would be terminated for lying. This is a true test of the NYPD's interanl hudicial system. A regular cop would get fired but lets see if Zeigler gets fired as well. Either way this is going to play out big in the media if EXPOSED.

So mutts like the ones in the bell case will be caught lieing when they say no one announced police don't move, etc I hope the recording is clear and rams one down the throats of the brass. I'm tired of them treating you all (and me when i was on) like little children. And if true, some new pg rule will come down against digital recorders lol
