Brian Connolly" page on facebook (obviously, the toolbag who started the page is not aware that Sgt's do not wear white shirts). If you have a facebook account and type that in the search bar, it will come up as open to the public(for those inclined to comment!)

These punks we stand with, laugh with now, ten minutes later will be throwing their piss and shyte at us, calling us pigs and climbing the barriers to try to fight us...DON'T FORGET THAT! These trust fund bytches are NOT OUR FRIENDS! They want to see us hurt, either physically or on the job. They want to see us indicted for doing our job. They want to see us lose our jobs, our means for support to our families, they want to see our lives ruined...THEY ARE NOT OUR FRIENDS! If you really feel that strongly about them, that you empathize with them, then maybe you should think about resigning your position as a New York City Police Officer. Use your head, Stay Safe! Sorry - I should clarify a bit (I was ticked off when I posted and could have been clearer!). The photo I described is not on the "Prosecute" page. The picture was making the rounds on facebook yesterday (If you search "Photon Frequency," they have actually made the picture their profile picture). I read some of the comments and they were mostly praising the NYPD, saying how most of us are on their side, etc. Thought to myself I personally wouldn't have flashed the peace sign, but otherwise it was a harmless mistake (there were other "blue jacket" cops posing for pictures with this protester as well, but they had the sense not to flash the peace sign). Then I came across the "Prosecute" page and when you see what we are up against, it made his simple mistake seem that much worse. I know there is a difference between the simply misguided protesters who actually do respect us and the anarchists who are causing the problems, but unless you want to be the profile picture of a protesters facebook page, think before you flash the peace sign!

I also viewed a video the either TPF or Prosay had with the demo's at Columbia U in 68. You can see the differance. Cop's doing the job back then as opposed to what is going on today. Very sad indeed. When Columbia broke out a'teletype' message went to all commands to send a car with their senior officers. It was a late tour. The two old timers with 20 yrs in a sector did not want to go. I was a rookie with a year OTJ and asked the Sgt. if I could go. No, the order was for senior's only. Not too many recall one officer had a heart attack and another was jumped by the mutts and ended up paralized. Even then the job was weak, sadly.
